Press removal pliers onto the bond several times to seperate it away from the clients natural hair. Once open, slide thebond down and away. 1. Prepare Your Work Area
   • Have a mirror, paper towels, a fine-tooth comb, and your keratin remover gel ready.
   • Work in a well-ventilated area to minimize any fumes.
2. Apply the Keratin Remover Gel
   • Apply a small amount of keratin remover gel directly to the bonded area.
   • Let it sit for about 5–10 minutes to break down the keratin bond.
3. Gently Remove the Hair System
   • Use a fine-tooth comb to help loosen the hair system gently.
   • If the bond is still strong, apply more gel and wait a few more minutes.
4. Remove Residue from Scalp & Lace/Base
   • Use a damp cloth or paper towel to wipe away softened keratin residue from your scalp.
   • For the hair system, gently rub the affected area to remove leftover keratin.
5. Clean & Wash
   • Wash your scalp and the hair system with a clarifying shampoo to ensure all residue is removed.
   • Allow everything to dry completely before reapplying adhesive or tape.
