Davlyn Tape Residue and Adhesive Remover is a powerful yet gentle solvent that breaks down leftover adhesive and tape residue after removing your hair system. Ideal for use on both your scalp and the base, this remover simplifies the cleaning process and reduces mess—making it easier to prepare your system for its next attachment.
The lightweight, liquid formula is low-oil and easy to rinse—just a quick wash with soap and water is enough to leave skin and base clean and fresh. It’s also suitable for solvent soaks and comes in a convenient 4oz (118.3ml) pour bottle.

Directions for Use:
For Scalp:
- Spray directly on adhesive residue and let soak for 2 minutes.
- Spray again if needed and gently wipe clean.
- Shampoo the area and rinse thoroughly.
Tip: For best results, saturate the adhesive area and wait for the breakdown before wiping clean. Always do a patch test prior to use.
For Hair System/Base:
- Once the system is removed, soak it (base side up) in a bowl of Davlyn or compatible solvent.
- Gently work adhesive residue free while submerged.
- Wear gloves to avoid direct contact with the solvent.
- Rinse thoroughly and shampoo after soaking.
Soak time may vary between 5–30 minutes depending on adhesive type and buildup.
Storage Tips:
Store the product in a cool, dry, dark, and well-ventilated area (60–80°F / 15–26°C). Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Close bottle tightly after each use. With proper storage, Davlyn removers maintain shelf life for up to 6 months.
