The following terms and conditions apply to all products you have purchased from us.

The words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings that are defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

Your right to cancel your order

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The period for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You have received the Goods or on which a third party other than the carrier designated by You takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will refund you no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned unopened goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not charge any fees for such a refund.

Conditions for returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging and are unopened.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The delivery of Goods that are made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. Custom goods and orders on request.
  • The delivery of Goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, spoil quickly or whose expiry date has passed.
  • The delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
  • The delivery of Goods that, after delivery, by their nature, are inextricably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns of goods that do not meet the above return conditions.

Only normally-priced goods can be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in the return shipment. That’s why we recommend an insured and traceable postal service. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return.
