Welcome to Treat Project BV! We’re a small independent webshop based in the Netherlands with a large assortment of hair system products—and a one-person team behind the screen, doing everything from packing your order to answering your emails. Below you’ll find our Terms & Conditions, written in plain language so you know exactly what to expect from us (and what we hope from you).

2. Ordering & Payment

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation by email. We offer several secure payment methods including iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, and credit cards. All prices are clearly listed, excluding VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide (islands included—with a small fee ). Orders are sent with reliable carriers like GLS, FedEx, or UPS. You’ll usually receive a tracking link to follow your package.

4. Returns

Not thrilled with your purchase? No hard feelings. You’ve got 14 days to return unused items after delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products (like tapes, glues, removers, or sprays) cannot be returned.

5. Product Info

We do our best to describe all products accurately and keep the photos up to date. But sometimes packaging changes or colors may appear differently depending on your screen. If something’s unclear, just ask—we’re happy to help.

6. Privacy

We treat your data like we’d want ours to be treated: respectfully, securely, and without weird surprises. For all the details, see our Privacy Policy. Spoiler: we don’t sell your info.

7. Liability

We’re responsible for getting your order to you in one piece, as described. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to fix it.

We’re not liable for:

  • Delays or issues caused by third-party carriers
  • Improper use of products
  • Force majeure situations (strikes, storms, customs delays, alien abductions—ok, not that last one)

But again: if there’s a problem, we won’t hide. We’ll help.

8. Governing Law

All agreements with Treat Project BV are governed by Dutch law. If we can’t work something out together (which we’ll definitely try first), legal disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.

9. Updates to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time if the law changes, or if we improve how we work. The latest version is always available on our website.
