Removing your hair system is easy with the right products. Don’t rip it off—use a lace release or remover to gently loosen the edges; apply more as needed. Lace release products are non-greasy and won’t stain. Citrus or oil-based removers require extra cleaning afterward. Always remove from back to front to protect the front hairline, especially if you prefer wearing your hair back.
Clean the base thoroughly with a base cleaner (for skin bases) or remover to remove all adhesive residues. Wash your system with a deep cleaning shampoo followed by a hydrating and moisturizing shampoo, then apply a B2N Color Depositing Conditioner when needed. Let the system air dry, as this extends its life—avoid blow drying, which can damage the hair.
Clean your scalp well—if you still have hair, clean it too. Exfoliate or scrub to remove residues, oils, and dead skin cells. Use a scalp protector to create a barrier between adhesive and skin. This prevents sweat and oil from weakening the adhesive and protects your skin from chemicals.
