True Tape Stop Shine Dab-on Shine Reducer 1.3 ounces can be used on the exterior surfaces of shiny tapes and glues to dull or mute unwanted shine. Apply directly to the tape surface and rub gently. Stop Shine will not compromise adhesive tape hold and can also be used to refresh “tired” tape before replacement. One Stop Shine bottle can provide hundreds of separate applications
Stop Shine Topical Treatment:
Stop Shine topical treatment is a water-based adhesive formula that is applied to the outer surface of tapes and over the top of dried glues to reduce or eliminate unwanted shine.
To use on tapes:
- Apply tape strips to scalp/skin
- Remove top liner exposing adhesive surface
- Shake Stop Shine well
- Apply Stop Shine to surface and rub with applicator tip.
- Repeat, if necessary.
To use on glues:
- Apply glue layer to skin/scalp
- Dry glue completely until tacky or clear (if applying a white glue)
- Shake Stop Shine well
- Apply Stop Shine to the surface of the dried/tacky glue and rub with applicator tip.
- Repeat, if necessary.
Stop Shine can also be used to freshen tired tapes and worn out glues to extend hold times.
