How to Order Your Custom Hair System
To achieve the best result, follow these five steps.
Step 1: Accurate measurement
The foundation of every custom system is correct measurement.
You can:
- Measure the hair loss area precisely
- Create a head template (mold)

Step 2 – Choose the Right Base Type
Each base material has different characteristics.
Some prioritize realism and breathability.
Others focus on durability and lifespan.
Main base types:
- Lace – Very breathable and natural-looking
- Skin (PU) – Realistic hairline, easy to maintain
- Mono – Strong, durable and cost-effective
The right choice depends on your lifestyle, climate and maintenance routine.

Step 3 – Select the Right Hair Color
Correct color matching is essential for a natural blend.
You can choose your color by:
- Referring to a color ring
- Sending a hair sample (recommended)
- Sending a previous unit for comparison

Step 4 – Choose Hair Type, Density & Style
This step determines how your hair system will look and feel.
You can select:
Hair type
Human hair, Remy hair, European hair, synthetic options and more — each with its own characteristics.
