Temporary shipping delays due to relocation (1–2 business days).
Why the delay?
We’re Moving — What This Means for Your Orders
First things first—
👉 We’re still here, still shipping, and still taking care of your orders.
That said, there’s a small change happening behind the scenes.
📦What’s going on?
Treat Project is currently preparing a relocation over the coming months, with the goal of being fully settled by summer.
As a one-person business with a large product range, this means I’ll be temporarily juggling stock, logistics, and boxes (quite a lot of boxes).
🚚What does this mean for you?
During this period, you might notice:
- 📦 Orders may ship 1–2 days later than usual
- 🚫 On some days, no shipments will go out
- 🛒 The webshop itself remains fully open
No disappearing acts — just a slightly slower rhythm for a short time.
⏱What you can expect
I’ll keep things as smooth and predictable as possible:
- Orders are still processed in order of arrival
- You’ll receive your tracking information as always
- No silent delays — if something changes, it will be communicated
💬What you can do (if timing matters)
If you rely on your products at a specific moment:
- ✔️ Not sure? Just reach out — I’m happy to think along with you
- ✔️ Order a bit earlier than usual
Why I’m sharing this
Because surprises are annoying.
And I’d rather be upfront than have you wondering where your order is.
🙏Thank you (really)
Running Treat Project solo means moments like this require a bit of flexibility.
Your understanding, patience, and continued support genuinely make a difference — and are never taken for granted.
If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out.
