Returns & Refunds Policy

No big call centers. No robots. Just one person doing their best to keep it fair, fast, and human.

At Treat Project BV, we want you to feel good about what you’ve ordered—not just when it arrives, but after you’ve opened the box too. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got a return policy that’s clear, customer-friendly, and (hopefully) painless.

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, you can! We accept returns on most unopened, unused, and re-sellable products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Seals, packaging, or hygiene stickers must be intact (especially important for products like tapes, adhesives, removers, and hair systems)
  • You must notify us before returning anything

Used items, opened bottles, or worn hair systems unfortunately cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Important Note on Products

Due to the nature of the products we sell (think: delicate hair systems, liquid adhesives, and beauty supplies), returns must meet strict product integrity rules. If a bottle’s been opened or a wig has been styled, we can’t put it back on the shelf—and we hope you understand.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us first at info@treatproject.nl
    Include your order number, what you want to return, and the reason.
  2. We’ll reply (quickly!) with return instructions.
  3. Package the item safely and send it back to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake (hey, we’re only human). We recommend using a tracked service—lost returns = sad faces all around.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the product:

  • We’ll send you a confirmation email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method

No restocking fees. No nonsense. Just fairness.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bottles (adhesives, removers, shampoos, etc.)
  • Hair systems that have been worn or cut
  • Used tapes or rolls
  • Custom-made products
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

When in doubt, just ask—we’re here to help before you buy, too.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

Oops—if something went wrong, we’ll fix it.
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • What went wrong

We’ll replace the item, issue a refund, or offer a solution that works for you.
